A suggestive location, the entire Ortho Clinical Diagnostics sales force and a clear goal in mind: to convey the importance of teamwork through activities that can be both educational and recreational. The three days spent at Villa Gallarati Scotti were punctuated by plenary sessions, team building activities and convivial moments to strengthen the sense of belonging and collaboration between colleagues.

The participants, divided into 6 teams, challenged each other with a great spirit of sharing and desire to get involved: from drafting a screenplay to its acting, from a dinner in which to feel like a detective to a photographic treasure hunt within the magnificent location, finally moving on to a series of “Olympic” challenges to decree the best team at the end of the three days.

The event has been a success on all fronts, the location was the perfect scenario for the realization of all the proposed activities which turned out to be highly motivating and with the right balance between training, cheerfulness and spirit of collaboration.
